Danny is not only a great guitar player but also a very talented guitar craftsman.  He hand built a few Jazzmasters and restore a vintage 1966 Mosrite (but did not like the tiny neck, he sold it to me.  Lucky me!!)  I will talk about his restoration work on that Mosrite guitar in my posting "Desert Surf's Ventures Guitar"

Danny is a retired Sheriff in Bakersfield, CA.  He plays with son (also a deputy Sheriff) and a drummer.  The Trio called "Tsunami Surfer" (I guess people live in desert love the ocean, and people live by the great lake love the desert... ;D)

Danny just advised me that his band "Tsunami Surfers" is playing quite regularly at the Buck Owens Crystal Palace in Bakersfield, CA for the dinner shows 7:30 - 9:30, either Tue, Wed or Thurs. Sometimes all three. You can check our schedule on the bands here:
