2014 FAN FEST DVD SETS

KUDOS go out today to Walt for 'tediously' workin' on last year's fan fest footage & providing me with
the (5) high quality DVD MASTERS that arrived yesterday for duplication.   It's a time-consuming
process each year but 'specially more so this time'round.  Our jammers & supporters will NO DOUBT
feel the extra wait time was more than worth it as they receive their sets over the next week or so.

Both Walt & I feel that the '014 production is 'our best ever' in terms of video & sound.   & when you
factored in the 'sophisticated' graphics & menus, it's easy to see why the collection is a MUST-HAVE for
all VENTURES & SHADOWS fans.   You can even add LOS STAITJACKETS to that list. 

Today, I 'officially' posted FEST DVD SETS to the following loyal jammers & supporters:

Mail is suspended here for a week due to Carnival.  They should start arriving sometime in March!

The other day when I mailed HANS-DIETER HELLMANN
his set of FEST DVD's, the postage to Germany was the
same as the postage to Brazil.   When I asked the postal
clerk the delivery time 10 days ago for Howard's set, he
'just laughed' & said "at least it's not being sent there by
boat."

Then the other day, the clerk gave me a 3 week arrival to
Germany.   When I questioned the long delay to Brazil he
said "Germany takes priority over Brazil that's for sure!"

I am tremendously enjoying the latest edition of the Ventures Fan Fest DVDs(From the event held October 4, 2014)
Walt Stagner deserves a BIG round of applause for his efforts to record these sights and sounds.
And the final result is that he has produced a noteworthy and outstanding collection of this series of live concerts.

Thanx Jeff for your feedback.   To be honest, I
felt like we should've rec'd more reviews to this
point- given the 'outstanding' quality of the '014
edition.   

Before too long, (weeks) I'll be starting the
'preparatory' process over once again- tossing
out to all jammers 'song suggestions' for this
year's eventual pairings come mid-May.   

If you can think of any favorite titles never before
played at the fests, feel free to drop me an E-mail.
