on the necessary paperwork & shiortly thereafter

Right off the bat, I 'verified' the main requests from
our end:

& THE NEWS got even better today when the
'official' paperwork arrived & there were some
'welcomed surprises.'

Dan 'cut us a break' & 'held the line' on the rental
fee.   It still sits at $954 for the day but GET THIS

He has the event listed as runnin' from 9 AM-9 PM.
Furthermore, it states we're allowed hall entrance
'one hour prior.'

For those of you labeled past attendies you're aware
our kickoff time was always around 11:00 AM.   Now
depending on whether we can gain hall access Friday
evening to unload equipment, or worst case scenario
let's say 8:30 AM Sat. we'd be able to achieve a start
time of 10:00 AM.

I'm truly excited 'bout this 'unexpected' turn of events.

& the best part is that "we can hold him to it 'cause we
have it in writing!"
