GOING BACK IN TIME!

Preparations continue for the 7th annual VENTURES FAN FEST in early October.

Decided to share today a link sent from good friend GILBERT YEUNG, whose
expertise as a sound man over a two year span proved quite invaluable.   

Specifically the link covers five folders of snapshots taken at the 2011 FAN FEST.
& why might you ask was that year SPECIAL.   Well that's the year that both Bob
Spalding & Leon Taylor of The Ventures decided to 'grace us' with their presence!

& 'how' might I ask sir, did you
come up with 'that gem?'

After that 1st year, Bob took me aside
& told me- "I'm the special guest- they
better know me!"

& related to that I may not wear my
badge this year 'for the 1st time' &
for the same reason!

I'm gonna go with #1.   You 'always' ordered the DVD SETS
& I probably sent the ID CARD along with the 1st disc case!

I finally got the Wrecking Crew DVD a few weeks ago and the 'Stereophonic' CDs yesterday, but i did not get the 2014 Fanfest DVDs yet.

Buddy- You caught me at a bad time.   I have ONLY
(2) blank discs left or I'd duplicate everything for you
again.   Below is a list of what each one contains from
memory, such as it is:

DVD 1-  The Pickniks
DVD 2-  Bal. of Pickniks plus three groupings
DVD 3-  Bongo Straits (Walt & the guys)
DVD 4-  Three other groupings
DVD 5-  Beach Boys Set
DVD 6-  Misc. (contains interviews)
DVD 7-  Slideshow (100 pics)

Select any two of the above, then I'll look to
see if I have any extra copies of others!
